I apologize to myself: I made you work hard to please others

I don’t think I want to do that any more. Do you?  We walked together day in and day out, in every social interaction.  There were no vacations. Even when I was asleep or brain solved for the happiness of others.

I offer you love and gratitude from the bottom of my heart. And I’m hoping you will guide me in this next chapter.

I think the project is to pause to learn what self-love is.  There is no timetable and we can talk and share as much as we want. Or remain silent.  I think sleep will be important, and I’m not aware of any one else who would join us.

Is this ok with you?  I promise to only offer kind words and thoughts to you, in honor of how precious you are.
