November 5: Let the capitalist party continue!

I'm all for Kamala.  She has the distinct advantage of being literate.  And I prefer strong people (it takes some strength to listen to ignorant sloppy pigs call you a Marxist because you support women).  Not whiny babies like Trump.  Mwah mwah mwah…don't poop your pants.

 

But…let's not pretend the gravy train for the rich is going to be altered one nanobit.  Wealth accumulation, that eternal American party, will continue exactly as it has since it accelerated during the Reagan chow down.

 

Kamala won't touch retained earnings.  Why bother?  Changing tax policy requires 60%, and both sides know that Elizabeth Warren and perhaps Bernie are the only two people anywhere near the Senate who would consider even raising the issue.  98 to 2.

 

Kamala is the product of a democratic party that is more afraid of Elizabeth than they are of Donald.  She's the product of selfish liberals who can also justify the death of 50,000 Palestinians as realpolitik.  The kind of person who finds Foreign Affairs to not be a toxic comic book.

 

I'd vote for Elizabeth 100 to 1 over Kamala or Joe.  That's my kind of DNC.  One with some balls.

 

I'm speaking as someone with white skin, who has a net worth around $12 million prior to my divorce.  (Mina's getting $4.9 of that, including 100% of the estate I received from my father when he died and she was having sex in Arizona.  Since I came into the marriage with a net worth of around $9 million, I believe correctly that attempting to mediate generously with her was a kind gift, and that she made out better than 100% of broke women.  She doesn't respond to me so I can't quote her worthy thought patterns about our divorce or her own net worth or hopes for a meaningful next chapter coaching non-violent psychedelic use among those traumatized by internal family system treatments.)

 

I identify with those who don't own guns, so of course I think Donald Trump is Satan.  Those who struggle to vote.  Those who are terrified Federal agents will arrive overnight and deport them to…Rhode Island?  Is that part of America?  Those who don't use drones as military hardware and consider themselves Great.

 

For the entire wealth structure based on private capital…November 5, 2024 will be meaningless.  Nothing will change.  The public markets (for those who can't get into a Goldman hedge fund) will also support centralized capital--Google and Apple and Tesla and Amazon-- just exactly the way they have. 

 

Elon backed Trump not as a business person—can you imagine?  He backed Trump because he doesn't like poor people any more than the rest of them.  Good riddance…who can hear those heavily guarded prison buses driving towards the borders with your cleaning woman chained to the back seat at 3 AM while Lady Gaga performs at the Morgan Stanley annual meeting!

 

Nice sound system, funded by PE and your income tax dollars.  12-18 cents of every dollar you make goes directly to keep the speakers plugged in and the cocaine flowing.
