Out of 30 years, I have one technique for self-defense…
My ex has ghosted me almost 4 years. This is clearly spousal abuse. Here are some of the reasons she's refused to respond to me and has left for long periods of time to have sexual affairs:
1. I masturbate too much.
2. I'm a coke addict.
3. I'm a crossdresser.
4. I drink too much.
5. I'm angry too much, or ask for her help.
6. I ask for more attention at social gatherings or complain when she publicly humiliates me.
7. Anyone else says she's hot.
8. Many others I've forgotten.
12% of our time together my ex has refused to answer texts or emails because I deserved it.
Yes. That's domestic abuse. No question in my mind. Nor is there any question from anyone in my abused spouses support group, FYI.

I reserve my choice to be angry, or anything else I want, when brutally attacked. You can’t take my anger. It only comes out when it knows I’m in danger. It only comes out to protect me. It only comes out when you’re near.
Love is what comes out around good people. People who aren’t certain they’ve never been wrong. Trump. My ex. Her dad. Etc.
