1,500 Card Bonus Premier Qualifying Points (PQP): The primary Cardmember will earn 1,500 Card Bonus Premier Qualifying Points (PQP) within 6 - 8 weeks after February 1 of each year. $150 Rideshare Statement Credit: Earn up to $12 back as a statement credit each month from January to November and up to $18 back as a statement credit in December when you pay for rideshare purchases using your United ClubSM Card. That means you can earn up to a maximum accumulation of $150 in statement credits each calendar year. You must enroll each calendar year to receive this benefit. You will receive this benefit starting the month after enrollment, continuing each month through the end of the calendar year. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for statement credit(s) to post to your account. Eligible purchases will qualify for this benefit the month enrollment is completed and each month thereafter. Receive two $10 credits per month in the Instacart App: As a United ClubSM Card Primary cardmember, you can receive two (2) $10 credits in your Instacart account each month you have an active Instacart+ membership after you activate your complimentary Chase Instacart+ membership on instacart.com/Chase from 3/23/2025 through 12/31/2027.
