Quick question: is Israel part of NATO?

Trump is now directly reducing quality of life for nearly every person on the planet.  Either by killing them, exposing them to environmental disaster, or simply by increasing their cost of living by 25% in a month.  Quite an accomplishment.

 

And like all narcissists, he’s gaslighting, blaming and dumping our friends.

 

Today’s repetition of “I’m sulking and I’m going to leave NATO” raises some hope that NATO will fire Trump tonight.  NATO isn’t weak.  Trump is.  Read the European press.  (Europe has long reason to know that the US never shows up when needed, and then takes all the credit when it randomly appears—think FDR backstabbing everyone to appease Stalin.)

 

Anyway—for the record—Trump doesn’t know this, but NATO requires that members join battles in member states.  Israel isn’t a member. 

 

This fuck-stupid murderous invasion of Iran is not NATO’s war.  It’s not Europe’s war.

 

It’s the Ben and Don show…two world class war criminals.

Schedule crunch--and what it taught me

I woke up anxious and even a bit angry this morning…an old habit from the past that has diminished somewhat as I've recovered.   And then it hit me…I have a 7:30 meeting that I'm leading and I'm not ready.  I have an 8:45 Masters Ski group workout and if I'm not prompt the group takes off without me.  I have a critical board meeting at noon, and I haven't covered the materials.    And I have guests coming for a week on Sunday, so I'll partially lose control of my schedule.  That may be the worst.  My response was to schedule a group dinner during the week so I'd keep in touch with some of my new friends in town.  A bad pairing…NYC friends and mountain town friends. O’Hare is for losers

Here's a new one: The taxi to and from the runway at Ohare is always abusive. 20 minutes at a minimum each way and frequently significantly longer. It deserves worst airport ratings. I'm on a United flight now. The taxi out was so long the brakes overheated before we got to the takeoff stand. We just sat for 24 minutes while the brakes cooled to regulated temperatures.
